Puncak Dies Natalis SMPN 3 Babat, Hadiah Sepeda Ontel Jadi Gong Acara

Kemeriahan luar biasa mewarnai puncak perayaan Dies Natalis SMP Negeri 3 Babat yang ke-40 sekaligus penutupan Arsega Cup. Peserta yang terdiri dari keluarga besar SMPN 3 Babat serta siswa-siswi kelas 6 SD/MI dari wilayah sekitar tumpah ruah mengikuti kegiatan jalan sehat pada Sabtu pagi.
Acara dimulai dengan sambutan hangat dari Kepala SMP Negeri 3 Babat, Bapak M. Said, S.Pd., M.Pd. Dalam sambutannya, beliau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada sekolah-sekolah yang sudah ikut berpartisipasi dan berkompetisi pada kegiatan Asega CUP. Dari serangkaian kegiatan lomba yang sudah diadakan dalam sepekan ini, sekarang yaitu puncaknya dengan kegiatan jalan sehat.
Tepat saat matahari mulai naik, dengan penuh khidmat Bapak M. Said melepas peserta jalan sehat. Dengan mengucap “Bismillahirrohmanirrohim,” ucap beliau sembari mengibarkan bendera start, yang disambut gemuruh tepuk tangan peserta yang antusias menyusuri rute jalan sehat.
Sambil menunggu pengundian kupon, panggung utama disemarakkan oleh berbagai unjuk bakat dari ekstrakurikuler unggulan SMPN 3 Babat. Penampilan ini menjadi bukti nyata kreativitas siswa di sekolah tersebut:
Tim Hadrah Baitsul Qolby: Membuka suasana dengan lantunan salawat yang menyejukkan hati.
Vokal Solo: Penampilan memukau dari Imelia yang membawakan lagu dengan suara emasnya, menghibur seluruh peserta yang beristirahat.
Paskibra: Aksi baris-berbaris yang tegap dan disiplin menunjukkan ketangkasan siswa SMPN 3 Babat.
Tari Topeng oleh Daffa: Penampilan seni tradisional yang artistik dari ananda Daffa berhasil memukau penonton dengan gerakan yang lincah dan penuh karakter.
Momen yang paling mendebarkan tentu saja saat pengundian kupon berhadiah. Panitia menyediakan beragam hadiah menarik sebagai bentuk apresiasi kepada peserta. Hadiah-hadiah mulai dari peralatan rumah tangga seperti kipas angin hingga kompor gas dibagikan satu per satu kepada pemenang yang beruntung.
Suasana mencapai puncaknya saat pengundian hadiah utama atau “gong” acara, yakni sebuah sepeda ontel. Ketegangan terasa di lapangan saat nomor undian dibacakan, hingga akhirnya satu pemenang beruntung berhasil membawa pulang hadiah utama tersebut.
Melalui perayaan Dies Natalis dan Arsega Cup ini, SMP Negeri 3 Babat semakin mengukuhkan posisinya sebagai sekolah yang tidak hanya unggul dalam akademik, tetapi juga menjadi wadah pengembangan bakat minat siswa di bidang olahraga dan seni.
“Kegiatan ini adalah simbol keharmonisan kami dengan sekolah-sekolah dasar di sekitar. Semoga SMPN 3 Babat terus jaya dan menjadi pilihan utama bagi generasi muda,” pungkas Bapak M. Said.
